Our Workforce Velocity Analyzer provides a comprehensive view of the human needs that drive workforce productivity and business outcomes.  Companies have developed deep expertise about business processes, products, legal, compliance, technology and financials to the exclusion of the people side of their business.  The people side is therefore an under leveraged domain of expertise that offers great potential for improving business outcomes and winning in the marketplace.

Our maturity model is based on the human needs that underpin workforce productivity and social collaboration. Humans are social animals with a tiered set of needs that must be met in order for healthy, productive relationships to form and deep cognitive engagement to take root.

Like all living things, when human needs are truly met, the workforce can flourish individually and collectively so that their full talent potential is unlocked.   We have adapted Maslow’s model to the workplace and created a comprehensive model of how human needs intersect work.  These needs are the basis of our Workforce Velocity analysis.  A maturity model illustrates how the velocity of work increases as the culture moves through five levels of maturity.
