Position: Senior Sales Consultant.

Location: New England/Middle Atlantic (Virtual selling).

Target Market: Large and jumbo enterprises, with smaller wins to fill the win column.

Sales Target: C-Suite and executive leadership.

Compensation: High Commission and trailing commission based on client retention.

Qualifications - This individual will ideally have the following qualifications:

Personal traits:

  • Cares about people.
  • Is collaborative.
  • Able to build their own pipeline, while partnering on existing deals.
  • Understands corporate culture.
  • Has been in a leadership role.
  • Needs to believe in our mission, vision and values.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Experience:

  • Has sold into the C level.
  • Has done complex solution selling that includes software and advisory services.
  • Has sold multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Has developed HR and executive relationships.
  • Has been in a consulting firm – preferably HR consulting. Could be Towers Watson, Aon-Mercer, Deloitte, etc.
  • A closer.

Plusses:

  • Has been in their own business.
  • Has successfully transformed corporate culture and can talk about it credibly based on experience. They may have done it from the consulting side versus the internal leadership side.
  • Willing to work for a large commission, with option to convert to perm and receive shares once they prove their value.
  • They would focus longer term on building our partner pipeline, focusing on consulting firms.
  • If they have rich experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Sales cycle.
