PeopleProductive is a B2B company that helps our corporate clients (Customers) build high performance cultures so the workers (Users) and organization can thrive together.
We are not a retail solution – we sell directly to businesses.
We provide a web app and a mobile app (our Solutions) to collect and analyze data.
Users of our Solutions are invited to share their perceptions of the workplace emotional experience and level of enablement. Any User can opt out by not participating. There is no mandatory participation of any kind.
We fully protect the confidentiality and privacy of every User and provide only rolled up information and analytics with one exception:
Responses to open-ended questions the User decides to share. Users are instructed to write nothing that could reveal who they are. The identity of the user who submitted the response is never shared.
Our Customers provide a small amount of data about each employee – the Users - including their name, company email, the organization and teams they work on, and who they report to.
When conducting an assessment, Users are invited to optionally provide additional information that may include their generation, length of service, gender, work style and ethnicity.
Information submitted by Users is referred to as Customer Data. When PeopleProductive collects Customer Data, it does so on behalf of the Customer.
PeopleProductive may also collect and receive the following information:
• Usage information.
This is information about how Users are accessing and using our Solutions.
• Log data.
When Users use our Solutions, our servers automatically record information, including information that your browser or our app sends.
• Device information.
We may collect information about the User’s device, including what type of device it is, what operating system is has, device settings, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you are using and its settings.
We use your information to provide and improve the Services and to provide analytics and information about the Customer’s culture.
As noted above, no individual information is available other than open-ended question responses the User voluntarily provides. The identity of who submitted the response is never disclosed.
PeopleProductive may access and use Customer Data as reasonably necessary and in accordance with Customer’s instructions to (a) provide, maintain and improve our Solutions; (b) to prevent or address service, security, or technical issues; or, (c) to provide customer support.
